To date more than 360 full time jobs had been created at Laurimar with more than 1,600 jobs expected to be created upon completion, making Laurimar a place to work, rest and play.

The runaway success of Laurimar’s $35 million Town Centre precinct has delivered a major economic boost to Melbourne’s northern corridor.

Located in the centre of the Laurimar community, the Town Centre has attracted significant interest from many small to large businesses.

It has been designed to cater for not only Laurimar’s expected 9,000 residents, but the more than 40,000 people who will live in the broader area by 2016.
