Laurimar is a proud township, and it’s no wonder why

The magnificent Community Centre won the Excellence in Construction of a Commercial Building Under $1M award. The eco-sustainable philosophy is carried through with solar hot water, natural lighting and ventilation and rainwater tanks.

Grand Masters Awards

The Delfin Lend Lease Grand Masters Awards recognises excellence and innovation in the building industry each year across 16 trading projects in Australia.

In 2006 the highly-acclaimed awards saw Laurimar Spec builder S & I Constructions win the Premier Spec Home for their design at 40 Ramblers Way / Laurimar.

In 2008 the title for best non display home was awarded to J. J. Batchelor Builders for its property in Almorah Street in Laurimar.

Prix d’Excellence

It is our commitment to quality that has seen Delfin communities all over Australia recognised for their excellence. In 1998, Golden Grove in Adelaide was awarded the Prix d’Excellence as the world’s Best Residential Development by the International Real Estate Federation.

This award was again won in 2004, this time by Twin Waters in Queensland. Another award of note was for Delfin’s West Lakes community in Adelaide, which took home the 1992 inaugural Prix D’Excellence for the Best Development in the World.

As well as international recognition, Delfin has an award-winning history with the highly respected Urban Development Institute of Australia:
